EXCLUSIVE: Cushman & Wakefield Set to Debut New App for Its Brokers (thepoliticker.observer)

**Cushman & Wakefield** and **AT&T Mobile Enterprise** have partnered on a
mobile app designed to give brokers and their clients an all-inclusive look
inside a prospective property from the convenience of their iPads, iPhones and
other mobile devices.

**Cushman & Wakefield** rolled out the application to brokers in all of its
U.S. branches yesterday. It will be unveiled to the public today.

Called “**CWmobile**,” the application provides brokers and clients
“customized, location-based commercial real estate showings” that will list
the square footage, ceiling heights, available square-footage, even the number
of dock doors and the current roster of tenants, all in detailed and real-time
mobile access.

CWmobile also offers visual renderings and property photos of each listed
space, giving clients the chance to get a thorough look at the property before
they even book a showing, according to a YouTube video produced by AT&T
Enterprises.

“Our research information is critical to our representation of our clients,”
said **Franklin Speyer**, a vice chairman at Cushman & Wakefield, in a YouTube
